Ultimate Goal Weight


Hey guys! So this is my weight loss/thinspo/fitblr blog. I've tried to lose weight SO many times but I feel like I lack a lot of motivation and I always quit. I'm a super fun and outgoing person but on the inside I'm super insecure about my weight. I'm not really knowledgeable in the whole weight loss thing but if you want some advice, I'd be happy to try to help! <3 STARTING WEIGHT: 183.5 lbs. CURRENT WEIGHT: 173.6 lbs. GOAL WEIGHT: 140 lbs. ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT: 135 lbs.

Today I’m snacking on banana pancakes.
I’m sure you have all seen similar low cal banana pancake recipes, but because they are so yummy I have to post for you just in case:
1 ripe banana mashed
2 egg whites
1 tbsp flour (optional, but makes it fluffier) or protein powder!
Mix ingredients together and cook like pancake! Use a non-stick pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon or melt a little peanut butter on top! :D
Makes two pancakes. Whole recipe = 135-165 calories
